Community Development Program – Empowering People
Program Overview
Volunteers partner with grassroots organizations to promote women empowerment, youth mentorship, and sustainable community initiatives. The goal is to strengthen capacity, create opportunities, and inspire long-term development.
Duration Options
- Short-term: 2 – 4 weeks
- Mid-term: 2 – 3 months
- Long-term: 6 months
Volunteer Tasks:
- Support workshops for women’s skills training
- Mentor young people in career and personal growth
- Assist with community projects (small business support, sustainability practices)
- Facilitate discussions on leadership, equality, and self-confidence
Community Impact:
- Increased opportunities for women and youth
